WHY TULSI PRINTS
Built for buyers who reorder
Manufacturer, not middleman
Every metre is printed, washed and finished at our own Sanganer unit.
3,000+ designs
A living library of carved blocks, screens and digital repeats across all our crafts.
Low MOQ from 50m
Buy ten designs instead of one bulk roll and let your customers choose.
Ready stock + MTO
Fast restocks on running designs, plus made-to-order printing in your colours.
Colour consistency
Archived shade cards and Pantone-referenced recipes for reliable reorders.
Export ready
Azo-free dyes, lab-tested fastness and complete export documentation.
Printed by hand, controlled like a mill
Sixty printing tables, fermented indigo vats, natural dye coppers and an in-house washing and finishing line. The craft is traditional; the quality control, shade banding and dispatch discipline are not.
That combination is why a boutique in Bengaluru and an export house in Paris can order the same design six months apart and get the same red.
How a metre of fabric is made
Design & carving
Studio artists draw the repeat; carvers cut teak blocks or we expose screens for the run.
Preparation
Greige cotton is desized, bleached and harda-treated so the dye bites evenly.
Printing
Hand block tables, flat-bed screen tables and digital machines under one roof.
Dyeing & resist
Indigo vats and natural dye coppers for Dabu and Bagru; pigment fixing for screen runs.
Washing & drying
Multi-stage washing, softening and sun or drum drying to lock fastness.
QC & dispatch
Metre-by-metre inspection, shade banding, then rolling, packing and export documentation.
