Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Tulsi Prints


At Tulsi Prints, we strive to deliver the best quality wholesale fabrics to our customers. Please read the policies below before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • After 24 hours or once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Return & Refund Policy

  • All wholesale orders are final and non-returnable.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for wholesale fabric orders unless the product is received in a damaged condition.

Note: Every fabric is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or email with clear photos of the issue.
We will review your request and offer a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Notes

  • Color Variation: Slight color variation due to lighting or screen differences is not considered a defect.

  • Made-to-Order Items: As these are custom printed based on your requirement, they are non-cancellable and non-returnable after the 24-hour window.

 

International Orders

Shipping for International Orders

  • We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping charges and delivery timelines will vary based on the destination, order weight, and courier partner.

  • Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout or communicated separately based on the order.

  • Delivery Time: Typically takes 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs clearance process.

  • Customers are responsible for any custom duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country.

Returns & Refunds for International Orders

  • All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
